Our History

How
It Started
Jasonville Assembly of God is rich in history. Dating back to 1913, and being one of Indiana's first Pentecostal congregations, founding pastor Rev Z.D. Wallace preached a revival in Jasonville. The early days of JAG were times of great revival and substantial growth. In 1921 the building was built and still serves as the main sanctuary today.

In the 80's came Rev. Samuel J. Bush who not only successfully served for 36 years but saw the completion of our ministry center. Pastor Bush laid the foundation for the future success of Jasonville Assembly of God.

Pastor Samuel Bush retired in 2024. Rev. Kyle A. Walsh was installed as pastor.
In 2025, Pastor Jim Everson and his wife Jeanne began their ministry at Jasonville Assembly.
